Recommended to go to this branch. The quality of service is very good. At reception Ahmed Attia was very helpful and took all the application for my family members for residency.

Staff not knowledgeable on the process with respect to immigration. Not recommended at all. Had to visit several times to correct the application.

Staff not very knowledgeable on procedures. First time around when I applied for my wife‘s visa they had submitted the documents under another man‘s name! Big mistake. I had to cancel the visa from Federal Authority for Identity & Citizenship and reapply. Moreover, the general young staff don’t seem interested in working and more interested in playing around. Visa application was returned and they didn’t bother to call me and ask for new papers or to update me on status of my visa. Zero initiative from their side. I’m not happy at all with the service from this Tasheel location.

At the reception they dont know how to talk with customers i go there for job offer letter typing he told me you have to pay for all process amount here first means for emirates id labour card fee u have to pay here we are not going to give you permission to go any other side very bad thinking

They let new people train while you are waiting your apply to finish They dont have professional staff many mistakes done

I have been waiting for almost 2 hours to document the lease contract! And it was at afternoon and there are more than one employees.

Good but maximum staffs are new.

Waiting time was almost 30 mins and another 30 mins to get the job done and there were just 2 people in queue. There was plenty of tea and water to have while you waited. To pay cash you had to go one floor up and twice.

Guys out there helped me out well. Very friendly people to deal with for sure suggesting to my friends
